Over the past 12 years, Noelle has been developing her own teaching style. Based on her background as a Master Teacher of Chinese Martial Arts and a Zen practitioner , her teaching style has been forged with Yoga, Martial Arts and Zen practices. Her typical classes are strong and yet gentle, it is discipline and yet playful, it is mindful and yet free spirited. She always strive for balance with everything she does. She pays attention to detail and is caring and sincere to her students.
Noelle takes mindfulness practice seriously. She loves spending time doing Chinese Martial Arts forms work, Yoga practice, writing Zen Poems and Pottery. During such activities, she empties her mind and completely focuses in the present moment. She also loves to spend time with her family in nature, bush camping, visiting beaches, hiking and more.
