Noelle Yoga
A dynamic moving sequence of yoga postures, inspired by Ashtanga Yoga, that are coordinated with breath work, while emphasizing correct skeletal alignment and key muscles activation. The result energises and detoxifies the entire body. Noelle Yoga builds strength and flexibility with intelligence, coupled with mindful movement, it flows efficiently from one yoga posture to another, minimizing unnecessary movement during practice, this enhances concentration and declutters the mind. |
Core Yoga
A sequence of yoga postures, practised in a repetitive format, that specifically targets the core muscle groups. This class helps to increase core strength while integrating the hips, trunk and shoulders in the workout. This class is functional and thus beneficial to our day to day life, as well as other sport activities. |
Etiquette
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early. The studio door will be closed 1 minute before scheduled class time.
- Take your shoes off in the entrance area before walking on to the practice area.
- Turn your cell phone off and do not bring it into the practice area.
- Do not use strong smelling deodorant, cream or perfume. Strong scents of any kind affect fellow yogis during yoga practice.

Please be advised we do not have classes on public holidays and we do not "make up" classes that fall on public holidays. Schedule can change without prior notice, please check our Facebook page for any changes on schedule.
